I’m Naoise, a designer and researcher with 10 years experience in the UK and internationally leading and delivering ambitious design projects in the private, public and international development sector. My work focuses on the power of design to drive social change and create more equitable futures. I currently lead the design practice at Nestas Centre for Collective Intelligence Design which focuses on addressing some of society's biggest problems by bringing communities together at scale to solve issues related to climate, health and good governance. From working with partners such as the United Nations Development Programme, the Department for Levelling Up and numerous Local Authorities in the UK, my expertise focuses on how design can address diverse challenges and create lasting positive outcomes for communities.
